The commitment document and the corresponding annexes must be submitted in a single pdf document, duly completed and signed on the same day that the application for approval of the Research Plan is submitted.

On the other hand, the application for approval of the Research Plan must be completed and submitted in Word format together with the Research Plan proposal. Once approved by the CAP, it will be returned to the student so that the corresponding signatures can be added to the document.

The application must be submitted to the Secretary’s Office of the Department once the third and fourth year follow-up committee has been passed in the case of full-time doctoral students and the fifth and seventh year in the case of part-time doctoral students.
